Join Sabino Canyon Volunteer Naturalists as we observe the wonderful desert landscape and sketch what we see, hear, and experience in the desert. Please bring lightweight sketch supplies — paper, pencils or pen, and watercolor if you like to paint. A lightweight chair or pad to sit on will be helpful.
All skill levels and beginners welcome.
Meet in the plaza outside the Visitor Center.
We will walk a short distance to different sites nearby (generally less than 1/2 mile) and sketch what we observe.
Check the Sabino Canyon schedule for cancellations for rain or storms.
